Brad founded True North Land Surveying in 2008 after spending years gaining experience and knowledge working in the surveying industry. He began his career as a field crew chief for Chris A. Custis Surveying in Princess Anne, MD. He then moved to Parker & Associates as a field crew chief and onto surveying department manager. Brad then became a chief surveyor for Plummer & Associates, leading him to Ocean View and the start of True North Land Surveying.

   He brings specialized experience in boundary/location surveys and new construction projects. Brad has been responsible for countless numbers of Land Survey Plats, Improvement Survey Plats, Topographic / Design Maps, Subdivision Plats and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys (American Land Title Association / National Society of Professional Surveyors). Experienced in multiple facets of surveying, he coordinates with the client, engineer, and field crew to yield the desired results defined in the project scope.

   Brad and his wife Alexis are active in the their church and community and recently welcomed their third daughter into their family! Fitness and competitive sports have been long term hobbies for Brad. When time permits he enjoys 'old man' softball, soccer, and is often the driving force in putting friends together for charitable athletic tournaments.
